Today I'm sharing the clothes I wore the MOST after tracking my wardrobe for an ENTIRE YEAR! Yes, it definitely seems hardcore (it wasn't that bad, actually!), but I found it a really helpful exercise in understanding my personal style, my shopping tendencies, and even barriers to decluttering and letting go. Whatever it is you're interesting in knowing more about, whether it be your finances, your diet or even your wardrobe, I think tracking the information can be really, really helpful!
