The full moon is typically a great time to release, and let go of energy you no longer need. I like to set intentions for what I would like to let go of, and right those on a piece of paper. After my meditation, I will burn them, in order to release that energy to the universe. I will then write down what I want to create in my life. After listening to the crystal singing bowls, I'll post those intentions where I can see them, so that throughout the month I am reminded of what I am attracting into my life. While you listen to this sound healing, I recommend using good quality headphones, and laying down in a comfortable position. Take deep breaths, and send your intention out to the universe. Then just relax, and enjoy!
