Three (3) successful recipients of the Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) program share their invaluable insights on their two-year scholarship journey in Japan, as well as their success stories upon returning home to their respective agencies under the Philippine government.
The Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE) currently invites mid-career government applicants to apply for the two-year JDS fellowship and PhD degree program for the FY 2019-2022.
