On October 10, 2023, Prince William and Kate Middleton hosted a youth forum in Birmingham to mark World Mental Health Day. The event, called “Exploring Our World of Emotions”, aimed to help young people understand and manage their emotions, as well as build positive relationships that can support their mental health.
The royal couple joined about 100 young participants from 10 mental health and youth engagement charities across the country. They shared their stories, challenges, and solutions for taking care of their own and each other’s mental health.
Kate Middleton looked stunning in a bright yellow coat from L.K. Bennett, paired with a black T-shirt, trousers, and heels. She left her hair down and wore minimal makeup. Prince William looked smart in a navy suit and tie.
This is not the first time that the royals have shown their support for mental health causes. They have been involved in several initiatives and campaigns, such as Heads Together, Newsbeat, and Shout, to raise awareness and challenge the stigma around mental health issues.
