and Welcome to a Traditional Chicken Biryani (चुलीवरची चिकन बिर्याणी) Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬
Chicken Biryani is one of the famous Indian Cuisine and widely appreciated throughout India. We also tried to prepare Traditional Chicken Biryani on a wood fire stove ( चुलीवरची चिकन बिर्याणी).
After completing some daily chores at home I was leaving to our farm. Pooja asked me to bring some chicken before I go.
Meanwhile she started preparing to make Chicken biryani, She fried the sliced onion first. I brought chicken and gave it to Pooja. She cleaned it and marinated with various spices and flavors.
Then she cooked the rice and cooked the marinated chicken and assembled everything and slow cooked again.
Raja and Mowgli already knew that it was something special that day.
I returned home after my work is finished and we enjoyed the lunch together.
