After a lot of research and no answers I’ve finally been the one to trial and error the connections for this awesome grille. After all the confusion it’s actually VERY VERY simple.
Now my truck is a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road running everything stock except the tires and wheels. So wiring may be different and you might find the two videos linked below more helpful.

For my wiring it was tap the two red cables together and tap the two black cables together. side DRL’s to raptor light wire so thin wire to thick wire then you take the raptor wire and tap that to your DRL wire which is the pink wire from the headlights OR fuse tap it with the low profile extension fuse blue wire is for your driver side turn signal and yellow wire is for passenger side turn signal and black wire is your ground cable.
