2-4 sets x 8-12 reps (2 min rest between sets)

-Upright row
-Deadlift
-Overhead press L/R
-Romanian deadlift
-Bent over row L/R
-Zercher lunges L/R
-Standing side bend L/R
-Chest press L/R
-Reverse weighted plank (30 sec hold)
