Week 19 of my Mounjaro weight loss journey and this week has been about big changes — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

In this weekly Mounjaro vlog, I share how this has been a really positive week overall, but also one filled with meaningful change. After three years, I finally took down my wedding photo from my living room and replaced it with something that reflects who I am and where my life is right now. It was emotional, but it brought a sense of peace and pride that I didn’t expect.

I’ve also officially joined the gym with my friend Grace, and I’m genuinely enjoying it. This feels like the start of building healthier habits, improving my confidence, and focusing on my health in a way that feels sustainable and positive alongside Mounjaro.

This year truly feels like it could be my year, and for the first time in a long time, I feel proud of myself for taking initiative, making changes, and choosing myself.
