Cheesy Steak Bomb | Stuffed Steak Bread / Steak Calzone🔥
First, I seasoned the steak with sea salt and
black pepper and set it aside. I mixed pastry flour with yeast, warm water, and a little salt, kneaded the dough, and let it rest. I sliced the vegetables into thin strips and kept them ready. I seared the steak in a pan until fully cooked, then sliced it and sautéed it again with onions and bell peppers. I rolled out the rested dough and added the steak mixture to the center. I shaped the dough into a round form and tied it with string to keep its shape. I placed it inside a cast iron pot and cooked it for about 20 minutes until the outside turned golden. Finally, I served it with mushroom sauce and enjoyed every bite 😋
