2 cup any size semolina (sooji)
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tea spoon yeast
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or any flavour
1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar
Half tea spoon of salt
1 cup Warm water same size of cup ..
Stuffing:-
400 ml of whole milk
2 tablespoons of milk powder
3 tablespoons of desiccated coconut 🥥
1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts
