May I present 🎁🎄a gentle & cozy whimsical guide about finding joy when it feels out of reach. When the holidays came around, I was so hard on myself and sad that I couldn’t find the happiness that I got so naturally all these years. For the first time, I felt disconnected from a feeling I’ve had since childhood.😔 The holiday season is the embodiment of warmth, comfort, and joy; so, what does it mean when you don’t or more accurately can’t….I know this past year has been hard on a lot of us, and just because holidays come around doesn’t mean we can switch our emotions instantly. I wanted to show that we don’t have to be harsh on ourselves for being human and there is a way we can find joy in times of sadness and melancholy. ❄️🤍 I dearly wish that this video touches a part of you and gives you hope for brighter days and even a brighter year😌
