Описание: Located in Glacier NP, between the Siyeh Pass Trail's junction with the Piegan Pass Trail and Siyeh Pass itself, Preston Park is a lovely mix of meadows, trees, some small lakes, and, on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, tons of hikers. We had hiked to the Pass on the trail thru Preston Park, and were on the way back down when some hikers showed us a grizzly bear over near the west end of the lowest lake in the Park. I must say: this bear was on a mission. In a matter of minutes, he or she had covered several hundred meters, through some trees. I was able to get a video from about 100 - 150 meters away. It appeared that the bear was headed up the mountain side, trying to pick a route where there were no people.
