Day 17 of building an AI agency from $0 to $100K/month. Still at $4,000 in revenue. Built the full automation suite for our first client and had the launch call - ads go live tomorrow. Meanwhile our landscaping funnel humbled us hard. Great volume, terrible quality. So we scrapped the two-call close, rewrote the VSL, restructured the funnel for a one-call close with free consultation framing, and realized our broad funnel accidentally revealed which niches have zero ad competition. The biggest insight? When you cast a wide net, the people who bite are the ones nobody else is fishing for.
