We traveled to the crimson-colored CORNELIAN CHERRY orchards to harvest ripe dogwoods from the lush green trees of the village. During this trip, we witnessed the beautiful scenery of this verdant village, which supplies over 80% of Iran's dogwoods, and also saw the vast and ancient hazelnut orchards. This village is the main source of underground water, which gushes from the heart of the mountains and supplies water to the lower villages. The hospitable villagers prepared a delicious local dish for us, dogwood soup, which is one of the village’s traditional and flavorful meals. This village is surrounded by the mountains of Qazvin province.
ما در این قسمت به باغ های قرمز رنگ ذغال اخته سفر کردیم تا در میان درختان سرسبز روستا به برداشت ذغال اخته های رسیده از روی درختان بپردازیم. در این سفر چشم اندازی زیبا از این روستای سرسبز که بیش از 80 درصد از ذغال اخته ایران را تامین میکنددیدیم و همچنین باغات بزرگ فندق که بسیار قدیمی هستند. این روستا سرچشمه اصلی آب های زیر زمینی ست که از دل کوهستان فوران میکند و آب روستاهای پایین تر را نیز تامین میکند. مردم مهمان نواز این روستا برای ما آش ذغال اخته درست کردند که یکی از غذاهای محلی و بسیار لذیذ این روستا است. این روستا بین کوهستان های استان قزوین احاطه شده است.
