Описание: Gambian army chief Ousman Badjie says he's received the keys to State House, and that he's waiting for new President Adama Barrow to return to Banjul. That effectively makes the army chief temporarily in charge of the country. He says he still doesn't know exactly when President Barrow will return to Gambia from Senegal. Barrow says he'll be forming a Truth and Reconciliation Commission to look into abuses under President Yahya Jammeh. The former President went into exile at the weekend. Jammeh had lost the December elections but had refused to step down. Regional bloc ECOWAS is responsible for the negotiations that saw Jammeh step down. Many Gambians have been celebrating.
