🍽️ Ingredients / ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು:
To make this mouthwatering fish fry, you'll need:
500 grams of fish slices (ಮೀನು ತುಂಡುಗಳು)
15 soaked Byadagi chillies (ಬ್ಯಾಡಗಿ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ)
1 tbsp turmeric powder (ಅರಿಶಿಣ ಪುಡಿ)
1½ tbsp coriander seeds (ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಬೀಜ)
½ tbsp cumin seeds (ಜೀರಿಗೆ)
½ tbsp black pepper powder (ಕಪ್ಪು ಮೆಣಸು ಪುಡಿ)
3 cloves (ಲವಂಗ)
1 inch ginger (ಶುಂಠಿ)
1 whole pod garlic (ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ ಹೊಳೆ)
3 tbsp tamarind pulp (ಹುಣಸೆ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ರಸ)
½ lime juice (ನಿಂಬೆಹಣ್ಣು ರಸ)
Salt to taste (ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಉಪ್ಪು)
Coconut oil for frying (ತುರಿಯೆಣ್ಣೆ ಅಥವಾ ತೆಂಗಿಣೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆ)
