The trip is filled with chanting, singing, yoga asanas, visiting sacred temples, rivers, practicing pranayama, mediation,practicing harmonium, lore of ancient Indian Gods and Goddesses and gives people a taste for Bhakti Yoga or the yoga of love and devotion.
