Terrifying Grass Spiders! ?

Описание: One of the most popular phobias out there is arachnophobia. Grass Spiders can be large, hairy and fast moving spiders that tend to scare a lot of people and these spiders are very commony found in gardens, garages, basements and even the bathroom sink! Grass spiders are notorious for their funnel web (their other name), but not to be mistaken with the Huntsman spider or the infamous Sydney funnel web which really can kill you…of course….Australia. The carpet like webs of grass spiders are not sticky at all. An insect walks right across the web, triggering strands that alert the spider that dinner is knocking and to quickly dart out and catch it. And next well.. disturbingly steal it into that large dark tunnel of horror and begin feeding. A person or animal walks by, and that tunnel becomes a fort of safety as the spider flees deep within out of fear and plain shyness. It can stay there for quite some time, which make both the spider and person often feel more at ease. lol. When i was a kid, those huge tunnels fooled me into thinking the spider matched the grandeur. Goodbye tool sheds, hello nightmares. #spider #scaryspider #entomology
