Forget store-bought jam - this one’s UPF-free, made with just 3 simple ingredients, and packed with fibre 🍓 It’s naturally sweet, full of real fruit, and comes together in minutes. Once you try it, you’ll never go back to the supermarket version again!
This is perfect for breakfasts, stirred into greek yoghurt for lunch boxes or for use in baking. You could also adapt the recipe and use a different type of frozen fruit.
Handful of frozen raspberries
2-3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
1. Microwave frozen raspberries in a microwave safe container
2. Mash with a fork
3. Stir in Chia seeds (and add Maple Syrup if using)
4. Chill overnight in fridge
Keeps for 2-3 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
