Taking Cooking food back to basics.


Ingredients
225 g self-raising flour
100g Suet
150ml Milk
Strawberry jam as much as you need
50g Caster sugar

Cook in the oven 200 degrees for 40 mins
Serve with vanilla ice cream, custard or even cream!

NOTE - I actually cooked this pudding for 47 mins - I was busy cleaning up!
