Sour Curd ; 1 cup
water : 1 cup
salt to taste
Green Chilli : 2
Ginger : 1 inch
turmeric Powder : 1/8 tsp
Salt to taste
Powder sugar : 1 tbsp
Eno : 1 tsp

For Tadka :
oil : 1 tbsp
Rai : 1 tsp
Green Chilli : 2
Curry patta
Coriander

For Dhokala Chutney :
Coriander : 1 cup
Green Chilli : 2
Ginger :1 inch
Jeera : 1 tsp
sugar : 1 tbsp
lemon juice : 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Cooked Dhokala pic : 2 to 3
