I have pretty mixed feelings about Rachel overall. She's definitely very strong, and can be a lot of fun to play. I just wish she took less potentials to start feeling fun, and had more viable options in build paths. Overall I think she's a well made character and worth the money, but only if you enjoy her type of playstyle. It's most similar to Kokonoe, but with different attacks and much better mobility.
