He will be eager to get back amongst the runs, and the stage is set at his home ground, where the wicketkeeper batter is set to play for the first time.

Shreyas Iyer and Ravi Bishnoi continue to stay in the squad, with Tilak Varma and Washington Sundar racing against the clock to get fit for the T20 World Cup next month. Iyer is yet to play a game in this series, while Bishnoi has played two.

Ishan Kishan, who missed the last T20I in Vizag due to a niggle, is all set to return to the playing XI as per India's batting coach Sitanshu Kotak.

Axar Patel has missed the last three T20Is, nursing a finger injury he sustained in the series opener. If he is fit, then the star all-rounder will return to the XI, with the Men in Blue opting to rest one of the middle-order players.
