Описание: On June 6, 2018, UNC Charlotte’s Pride of Niner Nation Marching Band represents the U.S. in Normandy, France, for the commemoration of the 74th anniversary of D-Day. The video that chronicles this once-in-a-lifetime experience highlights the band’s performances and students’ impressions of the sacrifices made by “The Greatest Generation,” expresses the university’s ties to post WW II investment in GI education, and showcases the breathtaking geography of the Normandy coast and profound solemnity of the Brittany American Cemetery.
