Описание: On Wednesday morning, January 21, 2026, at approximately 11:15 a.m., Santa Monica police officers responded to a call involving individuals observed with personal belongings beneath a gazebo structure on the Santa Monica Pier.

Based on the scene, officers determined the individuals appeared to be camping in the area. Officers issued a verbal advisory and asked the individuals to pack up their belongings and leave the pier. No citations or arrests were reported.

The individuals complied with the request, gathered their items, and departed the area without further incident. No injuries or additional enforcement actions were observed during the response.
