SIZZLING PUSIT (SQUID) RECIPE
A delicious dish that is good as an appetizer or a main menu to be served with hot steamed rice. This dish is suitable for the seafood lover. But even not once you tried this you will like it for sure!

Main Ingredients:
400g Squid (Pusit)
1/4 slice Green Bell pepper
1/4 slice Red Bell pepper
1 stalk Celery
1 stem spring onion
1/2 slice Tomato
1 Onion
3 cloves Garlic
6 grams Ginger
27 grams Butter
Chillies (optional only)
Sauce Mixture:
6 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Ketchup
12g Sugar
6g white pepper
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Cooking wine
