Making these no-bake keto peanut butter pie jars is a super fun family activity, especially if you have kids eager to help in the kitchen. A delicious filling of homemade whipped cream, creamy peanut butter, sugar-free sweetener, cream cheese, and a dash of vanilla extract for extra flavor. Only 5 simple ingredients to make this easy low carb dessert without turning on the oven.
Ingredients
Peanut Butter Pie Filling
1 cup powdered sugar-free sweetener
8 ounces cream cheese , room temperature
1 cup peanut butter , creamy & unsweetened
8 ounces heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
"Graham Cracker" Base (Optional)
keto mini crunchy peanut butter cookies , crushed
sugar-free chocolate syrup
Toppings (Optional)
8 ounces heavy cream , whipped to stiff peaks
keto mini crunchy peanut butter cookies , crushed
keto mini crunchy mint chocolate cookies , crushed
sugar-free chocolate gems
sugar-free mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Beat sweetener, cream cheese, peanut butter in a large bowl until creamy. Set aside.
Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract together to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
Fold whipped heavy cream into peanut butter mixture with a spatula. Some streaks are okay.
Add crushed cookies to the bottom of a jam jar.
Drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup.
Spoon peanut butter pie mixture on top.
Top with whipped cream, crushed cookies, sugar-free candies, and mini sugar-free chocolate chips as desired.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
