Apple Cake Ingredients
2 Beaten Eggs
3 Cups Flour
2 teaspoons Shredded Lemon Peel
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Ground Allspice
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Cooking Oil
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
3 Cups Chopped, Peeled Apples
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
Bake at 350° for 1 Hour
