Against all odds, Frederick the Great achieved a stunning victory against a much larger French-Imperial army at the Battle of Rossbach.

But in his kingdom's east, the military situation was much bleaker.

The Duke of Brunswick-Bevern faced a much larger Austrian army, ready to storm his fortified positions at the city of Breslau.
