In this role, she strives to create a culture of servant leadership through developmental trainings and one-on- one coaching. When Ali is not working, she enjoys golfing, watching basketball, fishing, creating arts/crafts, public speaking and, last but not least, dance parties with her two children Vincent – (“Vinny”) and Penelope – (“PJ”).

She lives by the motto: “Who you are is good enough; don’t ever stop creating better versions of yourself.
