Chicken Tehari is a bangladeshi preparation which is very similar to chicken polao.. In this video I showed the recipe of chicken tehari as well as chicken pulao.

Ingredients of chicken tehari:

3 tbsp mustard oil
700 gm chicken
salt to taste
1 tsp nutmeg & mace powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1turmeric powder
1/2 red chilli powder
2 bay leaves
4 cloves
4 cardamoms
2 cinnamon sticks
4 medium onion
4-5 green chilies
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
5 cups baskati rice
9 cups hot water
1cup hot milk
1tbsp ghee
1tsp kewra water
¼ tsp garam masala
