I was thinking about Elvis today, and remembered I had sent Sara this song when our spirits got married by Jesus on November 28, 2022.
This song is extra special for me because this is my culture and my stomping ground. My ancestors farmed kalo/taro on this land. I was raised where Elvis filmed this scene in "Blue Hawaii." I wasn't born yet though when he came, because I am much closer to Sara's age. At least I was born before Elvis passed away.
