Guard Ronny Polite III added another stellar performance to his impressive season, though his efforts were not enough to extend Surrey's winning streak. Polite III finished with 15 points on 6-of-13 shooting while orchestrating the offence with 7 assists during his time on the floor. He also contributed 8 rebounds, 1 steal, and 1 block, causing problems for Cheshire's defence throughout the contest, evidenced by the six fouls he drew. We played the first half the way we wanted to, but we struggled to match Cheshire's physicality and dealt with foul problems. With our rotation already limited for this game, we lost the game in the second half. I'm pleased with the team's performance and how our players competed. Now we'll prepare for Friday's cup game, and we want to start a new winning streak with that game."
