Описание: Rippedism 2 Workout Programs. Taking Rippedism to a whole new level. Do this as the fourth workout of the week for weeks 7, 8, 9. This workout will focus on lower body / legs. We utilize weighted and bodyweight movements in long form 3 min set for multiple sets to fully sculpt and build strong legs in just 35 mins. A few sets of light-medium dumbbells recommended for this workout. Mat recommended. You should also do the Washboard 3 ab / core workout on this day.
