Entierro de la Sardina, otherwise known as the burial of the sardine, is a festival like no other. During this jam-packed weekend of parties and performances, you’ll see a carnival parade that parodies a funeral procession, a man dressed as a giant fish, the reading of a will, Greek gods giving out millions of toys, and the burning of a very large sardine.
