Lazy Man's Chicken & Stuffing

Here is the recipe:

ingredients
1 large diced red apple
2 stalks celery medium diced
9oz of stale cubed white bread (6 cups)
1 cup chicken broth
10 pieces of chicken ( 1 fryer cut up)
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup parsley


Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F. Put oven rack in upper third of oven
Toss apples, celery, bread crumbs with 1 tablespoon of oil then spread out on a rimmed baking sheet. Then bake for 10 minutes.

Pour broth on top and stir until absorbed. Rub chicken with remaining oil and add to sheet. Season all with salt and pepper. Bake 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve
