Accidentally ordered coconut/almond milk the other day and have been making “tropical” smoothies all week.
1 cup almond coconut milk (1g protein)
1/2 cup frozen tropical fruit mix
1/2 banana
-creatine
-collagen peptides (19g protein)
-vanilla protein powder (24g protein)
-splash of water (if needed)
Total protein: 44g
Add some chia seeds and flax seeds for fiber.
