Questo film è il racconto di due giorni passati con le Sorelle Martinelli seguendo la preparazione del Savôr, conserva di frutta mista tipica della provincia di Modena fatta senza l'aggiunta di zucchero.
Le quattro sorelle hanno ereditato la ricetta del Savôr dai loro genitori e da più di sessanta anni ripetono la preparazione riunendosi con la famiglia per la lunga cottura del mosto d'uva con la frutta.

This film tell the story of two days spent with the Martinelli's sisters following the preparation of Savôr, a jam of mixed fruit typical of the province of Modena (Italy) made without the addition of sugar.
The four sisters have inherited the Savôr's recipe from their parents and for over sixty years have been repeating the preparation by reuniting with the family for the long cooking of the grape must with the fruit.
