A 1970s vintage Omega Seamaster chronograph “Soccer Time” in stainless steel provides an affordable point of entry into vintage watch collecting. Finally, a 1966-1967 vintage Omega Seamaster 300 reference 165.024 provides insight into the state-of-the-art in dive watch technology during the golden age of amateur diving.

Vacheron Constatin’s Overseas Chronograph appears in its “generation II” form as a limited edition of 350 pieces. This 42mm stainless steel sports chronograph incorporates the Overseas’ famous “big date,” a design hallmark regrettably omitted on the 2016 Overseas generation III.

Independent watch brands also appear in force. Sinn Spezialuhren of Frankfurt showcases a signature model in the form of the stainless-steel Sinn 140 “Astronaut’s Chronograph” with Sinn caliber SZ01, internal rotating bezel, “Ar” anti-moisture technology, D3 chronograph pusher sleeves, and the German watchmaker’s famously tough “Tegiment” carbon diffused and scratch-resistant steel.

Maitre’s du Temps and its 42mm white gold “Chapter 3” dual time/GMT watch make a splash with an American flag dial custom painted by Andre Martinez of Le Locle. The watch, which is co-designed by Kari Voutilainen and Andreas Strehler, includes an ingenious shutter system that hides the second time zone “barrel” displays when they are not required. Bremont of London continues its longstanding association with aviation and aircraft in the form of the 2019 Bremont H-4 Hercules limited edition. This model, which employs a Bremont-exclusive automatic caliber BWC/2, is named in honor of the Howard Hughes H-4 Hercules flying boat, better known as the “Spruce Goose.”
