A looming thunderstorm drives Stella and Sam indoors. Skittish Fred seeks refuge in the basement to escape the threatening rumbles of thunder. Sam thinks the basement is creepy, but he musters the courage to go down and get Fred. When Fred retreats to the basement a second time, Sam asks if Stella will go down and keep him company. Sam has some unexpected fun in the basement when Stella pretends it’s a cave and they’re its Stone Age inhabitants.
