Jampala Gopal a #Muscular #Dystrophy-afflicted patient from Nalgonda District, Chityala Mandal. This rare genetic disorder typically begins to exhibit symptoms early in childhood and worsens quickly in puberty. The same was the case with Gopal when he was 19 years old, his health began to falter and he had a harder time moving and getting up from the floor without assistance became challenging. Because of this, mostly he is confined to bed and his socio-economic status is below poverty, making him vulnerable to life-threatening heart and respiratory problems. Hailing from such a background and being survived by an old mother, the goal is facing critical challenges for basic necessities like food, medicines etc.

We at SUN charitable trust are trying our best in providing him financial assistance, Monthly Ration and help him with his medications. These are minimum requirements to meet his medical and economical demands. He even demands a power wheelchair for assistance. Though we cannot meet all the needs because Muscular dystrophy is a rare and lifelong disorder which means there is a substantial need for supporters or donors to come forward and help such individuals and give them a better quality of life.
