Jennifer McCabe is the wife of Matt McCabe, mother of Allie McCabe, and sister to Nicole Albert. During her direct testimony she describes her communications with John after leaving the Waterfall, her seeing the SUV outside of 34 Fairview, and the events of the morning of January 29th, 2022. She claims that Karen exclaimed multiple times in the search for John: “Did I hit him? Could I have hit him?” She also states that Karen kept bringing up how she broke her taillight.
