this is a song that just about everybody knows from the movie The Aristocats, but this version of the song is really hard to come by. as far as I know it was only available on 2 or 3 old-school Disney collections that were on vinyl and/or cassette, but none of which have ever been released on CD. as such, it doesn't seem to be available for download on the iTunes store, or anywhere else (legit or otherwise) that I could find. with that in mind, I really hope I don't get in trouble for putting this up. I want people to be able to hear this song, and it seems that none of the Powers that Be are offering it elsewhere.
As for the video, it was a labor of love, only my third full-blown Movie Maker project, and my first cat compilation, a tribute to cats and a tribute to the great Phil Harris. All clips taken from various places on YouTube, credits below:
