sysinternals Process Explorer window behavior

Описание: Mark Russinovich's Sysinternals Process Explorer v15.40 has some odd quirks about which of its windows comes to the glass when one of them is clicked. All of them appear with just one entry on the system's task bar, so some confusion is unsurprising.

Process Explorer is a greatly enhanced version of the default Task Manager merged with the useful parts of the Resource Monitor, something like a cross between 'ps' and 'top' from the UNIX world but with graphs and stats and easy ties to the debugger.
