Yes, we are talking about Sameer App, which has been created by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). Earlier this app was used only to see the Air Quality Index (AQI), but now a new and very useful feature has been added to it - "Unpaved Road / Pits" i.e. the option to register a complaint about broken roads or potholes.
