Cooked in ghee and served hot, these parathas are pure warmth on a plate and the perfect way to enjoy methi season.


Aloo Meethi Paratha Recipe:

✨️Ingredients:
For dough:
• Meethi leaves - 1 cup Chopped
• Whole Wheat flour - 4 cups
• Salt - 2tsp
• Water - as required

For filling:
• Boiled potatoes - 800g
• Salt - 2tsp
• Crushed cumin seed - 1tbsp
• Crushed coriander seed - 1tsp
• Chaat masala/cajun seasoning - 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice - 2tbsp (to taste)
• Onion finechopped - 1 small
• Green chillies chopped - (to taste)
• Green coriander leaves - 2tbsp
• Oil/ghee - for frying

Yoghurt/raita - for serving
