🛒 Ingredients:
Ghee or Butter : 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar: 1/2 cup
Whole Wheat Flour (Atta): 1 cup
Powdered Almond: 1/2 cup
Besan (Gram Flour): 1 tbsp
Baking Powder: A pinch
Toppings: Crushed almonds
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Whisk the ghee and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add the flour, powdered almond, and baking powder.
3. Make a dough and Let it rest for a 15 minutes.
4. Make small balls, flatten them slightly, and top with your favorite nuts or coconut.
5. Place them in the basket and air fry at 180°C for about 6-7 minutes until slightly golden.
