How to make a Chameleon Mica and Glitter Peacock Feather Strawbler Tumbler using Tack It Method

Описание: In this video I am using the Tack It method to create a Peacock Feather Tumbler using a new type tumbler called the Strawbler from HOGG. The Feathers were created using Chameleon Mica Powders, Resin Arte Luster Pigments and various colors of Glitter.

I mixed the Luster Pigments with Pouring medium using this recipe:
2 parts Ultra Deep Base + 1 part Polycrylic
