Fujitsu director admits Horizon bugs and errors 'known for many years'

Описание: Fujitsu's director has admitted that bugs and errors with the company's Horizon system had been "known for many years".

Speaking at an inquiry into the Post office scandal, in which Fujitsu's system falsely flagged subpostmasters as committing fraud, William Paul Patterson said the bugs were known by "all parties".

More than 700 subpostmasters in the UK were wrongly convicted of fraud after the Horizon system used in post offices said they had stolen money from the accounts.
