Safe drinking water is now a reality for thousands in Andhra Pradesh, thanks to the Proddatur Drinking Water Project under the AMRUT Scheme. Over 10,000 million litres of potable water have been supplied which is sourced from the Penna River at Mylavaram Dam. MEIL Group built a 10-metre intake well, high- capacity pump house, and a 43 MLD water treatment plant for this project. With balancing reservoirs, elevated storage tanks, and transformers in place, this project ensures clean water reaches every corner.
